User Accounts and Registration

Payment Terms

- 50% advance payment required before project commencement
- Final payment due upon project completion
- Additional charges for scope changes beyond original agreement
Refund Policy
- AI Tools: 7-day refund policy for unused credits
- Digital Services: Refunds considered on case-by-case basis
- No refunds for completed work or consumed services
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI tools
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission

- For custom design work, you own the final deliverables upon full payment

- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
Modifications
- We may modify, update, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Existing paid subscriptions will be honored until expiration
